Freddy Asprilla had tremendous freshman campaign on International Florida where he averaged 13.7 points and 9 rebounds, 2. After spending a little time for a couple of colleges, 6-10 forward adds some depth in the frontcourt. Small forward, Nino Williams is expected to go to prep school this year, but transfer Dominique Sutton gives KSU need small forward. Shane Southwell also adds some depth to this position. Juevol Myles will battle for playing time at point guard after spending one year at the Junior College. Myles could end up as if he can keep commands under control. Fellow point guard will Spradling complements this pretty impressive class.Backcourt: Jakob Pullen is the obvious star of this group. After averaging 19. paragraphs 3 and 4 assists last year, Pullen WINS ton preseason and postseason accolades. Pullen beautifully outside shooter and knocked down three three-pointers and shot nearly 42 percent of the total. The question is whether the Pullen must be running the point. Last year, Clemente helped him in this Department. Can be effective if it should have the ball in the hands of most of the time Pullen? If Pullen run the show, Rocky will step up its game Rodney McGruder. Sophomore 6-4 is a quality outside shooter, but he has to stay productive while seeing more playing time. Irving Martavious has been touted to recruit, but failed to make much of a splash last year. With more opportunities to play Irving can be huge. Nick Russell until another sophomore who hasn't played a lot of last season. However, Russell is a candidate to play more minutes at and let the play off the ball Pullen.Frontcourt: Curtis Kelly is the frontcourt as Pullen backcourt. Kelly, a former Connecticut Huskie average 11.5 points and command high 6.2 rebounds and 2 blocks in the 0. campaign 2009-2010. Kelly came in the form in the second half of the season and is willing to put up numbers even better than he did last year. Jamar Samuels is one of the parameters to assume for Sutton with small forward position. 6-7 Jr. was excellent sixth people last year and player it all properly. This issue can be in the frontcourt depth. Jordan Enríquez-Roberts is the largest player in the registry on a 7-0 and 245 pounds, and be able to see a more prominent role in this season. Victor Ojeleye isn't big enough to play five spot, but he could see some quality minutes in three or four locations.Who watch: Wally judge was a large set of pickup last year, but it started very slowly and only average 3.3 points and 3.0 rebounds during his freshman campaign. But the judge plays his best ball at the end of the season, and he must be prepared to step into a starting role and become the main Interior forces all expected it to be. If so, Kansas State frontcourt would be just fine without Sutton and Luis colon.Final forecast: Kansas State has the same talent as they did last year, and it's scary. Pullen and large inside/outside Kelley duo, but there are some very gifted sophomores in this group who are ready to blossom and become major contributors. It was a story for the Panthers for too long. This year, however, may differ. There's little doubt that the Panthers are one of the most beloved in the big East after the return of just about every impact player except Jermaine Dixon, but how they will be ready in March always matter.Lost keys:(G) Chase Adams, G Jermaine Dixon key newbies: that can be the difference maker come March – depth. Isaiah EPS is tough, pass first point guard who should be forced to act as a freshman. It is a good fit in the system and should be more than capable of filling in ten minutes per game. Shooting guard, Cameron Wright will be in the same situation on the spot two guards. Add a little more j.j. Moore size and depth on the wing and can be surprisingly player this year if he continues to improve as it is the latter. Frontcourt adds Nwankwo Aron redshirt freshman Talib walk and Zanna, who still needs some work before it is ready to make.Backcourt:Travon Woodall started 11 games as a freshman and did a splendid job running the point. Without this Woodall's teammate Dixon. After dishing out 3.2 assists per game and only count 1.7 speed Woodall steadfastly to point guard who can find scorers on the floor. Woodall isn't much of a scorer, but he will be asked to do a little more about what this time around. Woodall has many experienced help in the backcourt with return Ashton Gibbs and Brad Wanamaker. Gibbs had a breakout season as a sophomore and gave Pitt 15.7 points per game. He is a prolific outside shooter, but would also use his speed of attack the basket and finish the above the rim. Wanamaker is one of the most intriguing players in the big East. It's not a great shooter, but senior 6-4 can hit a long ball on occasion. Most of his 12.3 points per game last year came around the basket. However, it is not his scoring that makes Wanamaker so valuable. At the top of his scoring Wanamaker led 4.7 helps in the contest and finished second with 5.7 rebounds. Lamar Patterson was capable of wing benches during his freshman campaign until he injured his ankle. Now healthy, he will have a team with other freshmen give most depth. Frontcourt:Frontcourt gets starters Nasir Robinson and Gary McGhee. Robinson, 6-5 junior, rarely will put up big numbers, but it is a great rebounder and capable scorer who can hit the mid range jumpers. McGee is a really big man at 6-10 and 250 pounds. Senior became a worthy Interior scorer and very good rebounder and shot blocker. Dante Taylor was unable to meet the expectations of how the freshman, but it's full potential and should be fine player benches or even as a beginner Robinson. J.j. Richardson only other experienced big man in the registry, but it can also be built from his first season in which he rarely sees the word.Who watch: Gilbert Brown is one of the best sixth man in the country. 6-6 Senior is an excellent small forward, which has the size to fill four spot if necessary. However, his ability to hit a long ball and its relative ineffectiveness of glass, it fits better on 3rd place. Regardless of where he plays for Brown is an excellent scorer off the bench, who was third on the team in scoring last year with 10.7 points per game. Final forecast: again this Pitt team that does not lack in talent. All the pieces are there for the final four teams. The only thing to stop them by yourself. During his last season with Ohio 6-7 guard averaged an amazing 20.4 points, 2 rebounds, 9.6.0.1.7 assists and steals. No one could stop him, and there are enough talent around him make it very difficult to double team. Buckeyes will properly without Turner and what is left is a very good group of players who are willing to take the spotlight.Lost keys:G p.j. Hill, (c) Kyle Madsen, Simmons Jeremy G, G Evan Turner key newbies: beginners rather dubious called ' six ' Eddie Cochran will need to make an impact. In the frontcourt, Jared Sullinger right should be enhanced in a starting role and authority sends Deshaun Thomas and Dr. Weatherspoon will need to provide some quality depth. Thomas a bit undersized at 6-6 play four spot, but it is very hard on the glass and a knack for scoring. Weatherspoon was an excellent athlete and not so much a bouncer, Thomas, but it may need some time to develop his game. The new guys on the perimeter will be required to provide nearly full depth. Jordan Sibert is the most talented scorer in the bunch, but Lenzelle Smith is a pretty good shooter who can make a splash bench. Aaron ship will battle starting point guard job, but you can ask too much of a freshman.Backcourt: William Buford, Jon Diebler and David Lighty start point. Proved, Turner is the best option of last season, but if those three States can share the ball handling duties, they should be fine. If you want you can go straight into the craft ruler and OSU can play a little bit less. Buford was the most dynamic scorer and finished second in points only Turner rebounds and assists last season. 6-5 Junior takes care of the ball and it most likely candidate to handle the ball most of the time. Diebler is knocked down by a bunch of arrows and his amazing 42.0 7.5 attempts from beyond the arc. Lighty struggled with injuries but when healthy he's a great wing that can score in various ways and help on the glass. Its ability to handle the ball will give a lot of versatility in the Buckeyes backcourt. Frontcourt: Dallas Lauderdale was lonely big man last season, but with a bunch of guards who are at least 6-5, she facilitated his life. Lauderdale not great scorer, but he did most of his attempts by connecting 77.3 shot attempts. So many other weapons around usually means Lauderdale, just had to catch the ball and dunk it. However, with an Interior, scoring threat for shooters open crimes quite knocking down long enough balls. More important than his scoring ability is ft. Lauderdale's hit glass and block shots. Lauderdale is the best rebounder in the big ten, but it can and it's 2 1 blocks per game made hard points against UBS.Who watch:Sullinger can be the key to this group. Younger, even taller and more talented brother of former UBS great J.J., 6-9, 280-pound freshman should give Buckeyes threat to legitimate scoring in the paint and hard rebounder in the trash. If Lauderdale and Sullinger, in the starting lineup, OSU would be much better rebounding team and even could shoot better than 49.2 per floor, it was the fifth best in the country. Sullinger-shooter and passer, which will remain in Lauderdale lineup and do the dirty work, although Sullinger roaming around and makes scoring.Final forecast: Lack depth last year may have had trouble by March. The team had to endure six games without Turner and it became clear that the big drop off in talent after the start of the five. The story may be the same this year if freshmen from Sullinger, not ready to make a significant contribution. There are a few new faces, but with Singler back after averaging 17.7 points and 7 rebounds, hard to find another command that should be favored to cut down the nets in early April. Singler was an excellent all-around scorer and 6-8, 230-pound frame, it is almost impossible for most opponents to protect both inside and outside.Lost keys:(G) Jon Scheyer, F Lance Thomas, Brian Zoubek key newbies: Kyrie Irving might be the best freshman point guard in the country. It addition, along with fellow freshman Tyler Thornton, finally gives Blue Devils some depth. With the new found depth, especially from players like Irving and Thornton, which can handle the ball will hit more and Duke to push the ball up the floor. Irving might not even crack the starting lineup, but it is on this floor there is quite a bit. Josh Hairston is a solid 6-8, 210-pound forward which will be invited to play a few minutes up front. It is impressive how the freshman, but he would add some quality depth.Backcourt: Nolan Smith continued to star at the perimeter while adding Irving and transmission Networks Curry. Smith is currently Senior Manager of this group, and it will probably be on the floor for about 35 minutes per game. Soon leave a junior campaign in which he averaged 17.4 pixels and 4,6 helps, there's little doubt that Smith is willing to assume. Certainly will miss Jon Scheyer, but Smith can be stars backcourt and there are plenty of options to help replace Scheyer. Andre Dawkins is one of these options, although he would have trouble finding too many more minutes with the influx of talent. But Dawkins was a wonderful shot during his freshman campaign, and he can provide the Nice spark off the bench. Frontcourt: Lose Lance Thomas and Brian Zoubek may be cause for concern, but Prince should simply restart with the return of miles and Mason Plumlee. Miles has 24 contests last season and averaged 5.2 points and 4.9 rebounds. He was pretty much a RolePlayer argument last year, but certainly has the opportunity to step into a starting role and its production. This is not a team that lost Interior scorer, so if miles can on average eight points per game, this will give the gloom legitimate Interior scoring threat that they did not have in the past year. Mason has played less than his brother during his sophomore campaign, but he is solid rebounder and shot blocker and it's all in this group needs it to be. Ryan Kelly was highly touted recruit last year but was stuck behind all the talent in front of it. Now it will be able to come off the bench and is one of the major parties. Who watch: two years ago Curry led all freshmen in scoring with 20.2 points per game. Of course it was freedom against the lowest competition, compared with the ACC, but all college basketball fans know they should never be underestimated Curry. Sophomore 6-2-it's fabulous outside shooter who can attack the basket and finish in the paint. If the Duke is looking for someone to replace Scheyer's outside shooting, they need not look any further than Curry.Final forecast: coach Mike KRZYZEWSKI way set players who tend to stick around for more than one year has paid off last season. It should pay off this year with a healthy mix of seasoned veterans and talented newcomers. Smith and Singler, leading the team to compete for the title. The system must be the same, but now all sucking veteran sophomores freshmen and will be ready to play a much greater role than they did last season. Without Scottie Reynolds, Reggie Redding and Taylor King they will.Lost keys:F Taylor King, G Reggie Redding, G Scottie Reynolds key newbies: James Bell should be able to work their way into regular rotation, especially if the coach Jim Wright plays with small lineup. At 6-5 and 222 pounds Bell size and athleticism to hit hard glass and help command that can, for all practical purposes, the four-guard offense again. However, power forward JayVaughn Pinkston was one reason why Villanova can play much more often. Pinkston player hard interior, but also has the ability to step out and hit the long ball. It may not be ready for major minutes as a freshman, he must be capable of Player off the bench and major donor in the coming years.Backcourt: For three years, Corey Fisher and Corey Stokes took a back seat to Scottie Reynolds. Now it's time for Cory grab shows. Fisher has never disappointed and average 13.3 points 3.9 assists and 3 Steals last season. Fischer more able to assume that Reynolds did for the previous year. Stokes, consistently during his collegiate career, but he is fine outside shooter, add more of his overall game every year. As a senior, he will be prompted to add the game an average point 9.5 continue to be strong rebounder wing. Dominic Cheek is one of the many gifted sophomores who are ready to play a more prominent role. Maalik Wayns is subject to the same category. Cheek rather candidate provides a starting role makes it 6-6 frame and ability to assist at the glass but Wayns is better all-around scorer. Either way, both will see significant playing time sophomores after about 15 minutes per game as freshmen. Frontcourt: If there is more of a backcourt depth, there would be no for Cheek and Wayns how to find a spot in the starting lineup. However, Villanova should have too much talent in the frontcourt play small. Antonio Pena plays five place far more than it should, but still managed to average 10.5 points and 7 rebounds as a junior. At 6-8 and 235 pounds of new hope, foam can be moved back to his more natural forward power spot this year. A few players who could build frontcourt depth Maurice Sutton and Isaiah Armwood. Sutton has a size of play five spot and let foam for navigating through the four, but would rather just Armwood filled with the power forward position. Who watch: what is Villanova fans most excited is the emergence of Mouphtaou Yarou. 6-10, 250 Pound sophomore spent the fall slowed by disease and do not get on the floor until January. That lack of playing time is stopped in its development. Nevertheless, by March Yarou has some great games and ultimately earn eight starts in the year. If he can pick up where he left off, Rocky frontcourt is very deep and very dangerous. Final forecast: foam Yarou, Pinkston, Armwood and Sutton available this may be the deepest in the frontcourt, Villanova took a long time. Usually Rocky win games with their guards and there is a big man or two that just captures some rebounds and receives several easy buckets as the opposing defense forgets about them. That is not this year but coach Wright team enough firepower in the backcourt. This balance will catapult Villanova back towards the top of the big East Tournament table.
