Proposal for a 2011 NCAA tournament field

Updated 12/9/10

New NCAA tournament format 2011 gives us a great teams instead of 37 34 and four of the games.

Two of the "first four" games will feature four of the lowest seeded teams in the field and the other two will have four great teams with the lowest degree of seriousness. The four lowest evaluation teams will play with 16-seeds, they have in the past. The four large teams will play for seed at the bottom of the class, if this is the last seeds would fit. In most cases, this will probably fall into the range of 12 or 13 seed.

Bracket projection are always based on the "as if the tournament has begun today." I am not predict how teams will finish the season.

Conference "champion" is on the team with the least loss of the Conference, with a breakdown by RPI links. I am not predicts that the team will win the League. Is the current leader. As the Conference gets down tournament settings, seeding, head of the highest remaining seed Conference tournament.

The last four: Houston (April 2, 4)

The last four: Butler, Cincinnati, New Mexico, Northwestern
The first four out: Arizona, Mississippi, Missouri, Xavier St.

At large: Baylor St., Kansas, Missouri, Texas on the fence: Oklahoma. St, Texas And & M : Middletown, Connecticut, Georgetown, Louisville, Notre Dame, St. John 's, Syracuse, Villanova, West Virginia
